Lindsay A. Wais, N.D., graduated from Bastyr University with her degree as a Naturopathic Doctor in the spring of 2008. While earning her doctorate degree, Dr. Wais practiced at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, diagnosing and treating patients with a variety of chronic and acute conditions. For her undergraduate degree, Dr. Wais attended the University of Washington, where she graduated with honors in psychology. Dr. Wais attended high school locally at both Issaquah and Liberty high schools.

As an Issaquah native, Dr. Wais began her interest in medicine during her childhood, where she spent many hours at her father’s chiropractic clinic. A teacher at heart, Dr. Wais chose medicine because she is passionate about patient education and empowerment. After graduating medical school and passing her board exams, it was a natural choice for Dr. Wais to open her own practice locally. Dr. Wais opened a general and family practice that has evolved to increasingly focus on natural hormone replacement. Over the last decade of working with people, Dr. Wais has found her niche for identifying and treating hormone imbalances. She has successfully treated infertility, perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid function, and testosterone levels for both men and women.

Dr. Wais is a proud mother of three children, all of whom are involved in a variety of school activities, sports, and music. In her little free time, Dr. Wais loves to ski/snowboard, play tennis, go “glamping,” watch bad Netflix shows, rooting for the Huskies, and laughing with her friends and family.
